2. Delivery

Karl Lund Papir decides the delivery/shipping method itself. Goods are sent in usual packaging unless otherwise agreed.

For order amounts of DKK 500 excl. VAT and taxes, the order is delivered free of charge in Greater Copenhagen in accordance with our routes (see the routes under the item Service). If faster delivery is desired, orders can be placed no later than 12.00 is sent with GLS day-to-day delivery for a freight surcharge.

For order amounts of DKK 1500 excl. VAT and taxes are sent free of charge to the whole of Denmark - but not Greenland and the Faroe Islands.

The time for dispatch of ordered goods is stated in connection with the purchase. Karl Lund Papir aims for delivery within 3 working days in accordance with Karl Lund Papir's driving routine. If the customer wants faster delivery, this must be agreed.

If individual goods are on back order, Karl Lund Papir will notify the customer of this when the back order has been ascertained. If the customer then does not wish to receive goods on back order, this must be notified to Karl Lund paper within 5 days.

The delivery time is within 2-3 working days and can always be informed by calling 35354666 or by email: kl@karllund.dk.

If delivery is delayed, Karl Lund Papir endeavors to notify this as soon as the delay is ascertained and, moreover, to deliver as soon as possible without additional costs for the customer. Delays do not give the right to cancel the purchase unless otherwise agreed for the specific order.

Delays do not give the right to compensation, including for loss of profit or other indirect losses.

3. Right of cancellation

The customer has the right to return the purchased item within 14 days of delivery, provided that the purchased item can be returned in its original packaging. The customer bears shipping costs.

If the product has been purchased especially for the customer, and thus is not part of Karl Lund Papir's standard range, 25% will be deducted as a refund from the customer's payment.

Goods that are specially made for the customer, for example with a special design, measurements or characteristics, including logos, cannot be returned.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in Danish kroner excl. VAT.

The invoice is usually attached to the item or sent by email shortly after ordering. If you pay by credit card when ordering on the webshop, the amount is withdrawn on the same day as the item is dispatched.

Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made net in cash. Payment terms appear on invoices in all cases.

In the event of late payment, reminders will be sent. If payment is not received thereafter, a reminder fee will be charged for further reminders and late payment interest of 1.5% from the time of payment according to the invoice.

Prices stated at the time of ordering goods are binding unless there are price increases in the time between ordering and dispatch of the goods for reasons beyond Karl Lund Paper's control, including an increase in raw material prices or exchange rate fluctuations. Such price increases must be notified to the customer when they are detected and at the latest before dispatch of the goods. The customer then has 5 working days to cancel the purchase. If the customer does not respond, the purchase is considered binding with the announced increased price.

If the customer accepts that Karl Lund Papir's sales representatives, when visiting the customer, take orders themselves on the basis of stocks, these purchases are settled at the current price at the time of taking orders for delivery in Karl Lund Papir's order system.

5. Defects and complaint

In the event of defects, Karl Lund Paper is obliged to re-deliver a new and defect-free item at no charge to the customer. If the item has been fully or partially consumed or used, Karl Lund Papir may choose instead to offer a full or partial refusal depending on the extent of the customer's consumption of the item.

A product that does not correspond to Karl Lund Papir's specifications or to specifications and requirements expressly set by the customer prior to the conclusion of the agreement is considered a defect. Similarly, a product is defective if it is not of usual quality, provided, however, that the lack of quality is not due to the buyer's handling of the product after delivery. Shortcomings and errors due to conditions during transport and which are beyond Karl Lund Paper's control will not be compensated by Karl Lund Papir.

For goods with special printing, proofreading is sent before production for the customer's approval. This approval is then binding for the customer. The customer accepts that there may be minor cosmetic deviations between corrections and deliveries. Quantitative deviations of +/- 20% may also occur with logo-printed products.

The buyer has a duty to examine the purchased item immediately after receipt. If errors or defects are found, the buyer has 5 working days after receiving the goods to notify Karl Lund Papir of these. However, complaints must always be made no later than 6 months after delivery. After this, the customer loses the right to claim defects.

The return of defective goods is agreed with Karl Lund Papir and, unless otherwise agreed, is at Karl Lund Papir's expense.

Failure to deliver on time is not considered a defect.

Missing or defective goods do not entitle you to compensation, including for loss of profit or other indirect losses.

6. Responsibility

Karl Lund Paper assumes sole responsibility for direct property damage that the customer proves is due to defects or errors in the delivery and, in the absence of another written agreement, up to a limit of DKK 10,000.

Liability does not include indirect losses, including operating and profit losses.

The customer should follow the instructions received regarding the storage and use of the product. Since Karl Lund Papir is a wholesaler, and the customer's working conditions and use of what is purchased is beyond Karl Lund Paper's control, the information provided by Karl Lund Papir, including product sheets, catalogues, technical data and instructions for use, are only indicative, and Karl Lund Papir cannot hold responsible for ensuring that what is purchased results in a certain result for the customer. Karl Lund Papir therefore also does not assume responsibility for advice or instructions.
